Residing Dreams (Chapter 138)

I looked as if I were about to cry. “I was supposed to have new experiences here and discover new things and people. I know that’s what my father would want,” I said, the words just flowing out. “Your father—it wasn’t as if he knew about Casimir. That wasn’t nessessary. And there was no point in you finding him either. Therefore, I don’t know why you are so convinced that you want to visit Casimir. It is not my place to say anything, and I respect the rules of my employer, Mr. Arthur Chrysanthemum,” Mr. Brown went on. He certainly was stuffy, but he also seemed like he didn’t want to get into any trouble or deal with any ordeals of any kind. “It just seemed like the decent thing to do to get to know him. I met another person that is my age who is also residing in this house. I have many questions in life already, and it would be a lot more easier to have some of them answered,” I responded.
