Residing Dreams (Chapter 139)

Mr. Brown sighed heavily. He was giving up. “Now that the cat is out of the bag, it can’t go back in. It is out of my control. In all honesty, you’d find out sooner or later, so perhaps that is a benefit in a way. But Casimir is not healthy. If you dare offend him, then there will be trouble, and trouble is something that is not swell. At this point, there is nothing I can do. I cannot be responsible for the cause any chaos, and there will be an end to it at once if it arises. Understand?” he said. I really didn’t, but I nodded anyway. What I did know was that Mr. Brown despised any disorder in the household. I reckoned I was on thin ice here, but at least I got to see Casimir. I calmly proceeded on my way, and Mr. Brown acted as if nothing had ever happened. If there was one thing that I learned from my stay so far, it was to stay out of trouble and behave.
