Nothing ever happens in my town. I mean seriously nothing. The most exciting thing in the last month was pretty sad. It was a girl named Jenny Gray falling off her horse. I think she broke her collar bone. So tonight not unlike others when it started found me on my bed checking my email. That’s when something strange happened. The lights started to flicker. Then the house started to shake. I rolled off the bed onto the floor and closed my eyes, as soon as I did the shaking stopped. Whoa, I thought this is Pennsylvania. How was there just an earthquake? I heard footsteps running down the hall my little sister, Tara, burst into my room. I was to freaked out to tell her to knock. “This is going to make the front page!” She squealed and ran away. Let me explain, our town is so boring they let kids do the reporting. They’re young kids who don’t have anything better to do than annoy people who have even the slightest piece of news. Then the house started to shake again…
