“Not possible…” I whispered to myself. I shook my head and closed my eyes, taking deep breaths to calm my racing heart.

I smiled as I remembered the feeling of his lips against mine. So gently and catious, unsure of my response. He had wrapped his arms around me, holding me close to him. And I didn’t resist, not in the least. I leaned into him, my arms around him.

You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized. And I’ve just got to know…

I sighed, coming back into reality. “I hardly know him! Tonight was the first night we were together!” I said aloud to my now empty room.

Do you ever think when you’re all alone, all that we can be, where this thing can go?

But I couldn’t help wondering to myself. I knew that the feelings that had been within me tonight were different, unlike any I’d ever known before… I flopped down on my bed and sighed.
