Giving "Together Forever" a New Meaning

It’s a long hike through the woods, but if you’re looking for it, it’s quite apparent. Halfway along the main path, to the left side. It’s about twenty seven steps from the edge of the river. And it’s also one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.

They say that even in life they were inseperable.

In death, however, they were physically intertwined. They say they died there, in the woods, each breathing their last at the very same second. Their bodies rotted and their bones were buried by wind and rain and time. But there, on that spot, grew a tree.

Or was it two trees?
