I understand this feeling. Let me assure you, there is a crack in the room you’re trapped in. You only need to locate it. Mine was art: the more I expressed myself, the better I felt. I wrote some letters to people and then burned or buryed them. You may not be capable of removing yourself from the situation, but you can find a release.
