Dude. This guy is nuts. Why do I think there’s more to his plot than having “the world be rid of one of its worst criminals”?

Minor correction: “its” never needs the apostrophe when it’s in possessive form (ll ever need the apostrophe).
Otherwise, solid story thus far. I look forward to reading more!

Very exciting, quite the sense of this guy, presumably our psychic guy from the first ficlet, taunting the authorities.
