Love it! The way the scene is set, the worry and embarrassment you can feel rising within the narrator…and then then relief. 214 tiles on the cieling. It brings humor and reality tot he piece. For some reason…I think I’ve heard that before…214 tiles on the cieling. Ha, the line has an almost poetic quality. Someone should write a song!

alright, its good. but i don’t get. it. lol. i don’t get why the other person in the room would tell her that there was 214 tiles on the ceiling? im a fan of ur stories, and i have read them so i know that u have a point here. but at the moment i just can’t figure it out. i know it’ll probably come to me later.
