Part of The Mainstream, Now
The first time we were on the radio was a few weeks after I played with them for the first time. And we freaked out.
“Dance!” Trent shouted.
I smiled, laughing.
“But, but,” Austin’s mouth dropped open, “we’re an underground band! We can’t be in the main stream!”
We all paused to give him a disaproving glare.
Sitting down, I crossed my arms and growled, “You killed it, you really did.”
Trent fake gasped. “We could be on TRL , Austin!”
That did it.
We all started jumping around.
“That was a song by This Friday rock called 24 Hours, catch them on tour starting in September!”
We’re part of the mainstream, now.
