Alright

I have debated enough on whether people actually CARE why my pen name is as it is…but seeing as I’m relatively new to ficlets I’d like to assert myself into this online community by telling you all why I am thusly named
[and consequently why I make up words like “thusly”]

I am an artist. Well, I want to be. Thats what I aspire to be. At the moment, I a digital photographer with a passion for anything creative and unconventional [my last school photo project was about prostitutes] and I wanted everyone to know that.
That explains the artist part…

As for the next bit, well, anyone who has seen me in my Studio Art class would be well aware of the fact that I am not entirely sane and often have short, spasms of mental breakdown during a period of heightened creativity…modest, I know…and so I’m often running around wildly trying to hone my creative mind into something real and its very frustrating…

I generalised it…as in put the “s” so it seemed like every artist does that…

    That was tooooooooo funny!! thusly you run around crazed, im pictureing it lol. I thought all us writers/artists /creative types were a little bit mad/insane, you gotta be to be creative and work alone trying to make something perfect.

    My favorite line, perhaps unintentionally paired, was that your project was on prostitutes, and you wanted everyone to know that.

    Genius is only another form of madness…but we don’t have any meds for it yet.

    I think all artists are a little off. Maybe not ‘insane’ in the classic definition, but we tend to view things differently and it confuses the so-called normal people. But, hey, look at the things that they do and clarify the sanity there!

    oh i am so glad you are all the same…and understand that insanity roughly translates to artistic talent in most sense

    oh i feel sooo relieved

    and yes THX i realised when i was posting this last night that i did pair those two lines
    but i do want everyone to know that…kinda
    lol
