Cute, I like the telethon idea, though it’s not really a disorder unless it interferes with functioning, but that’s just like a telethon to grossly overstate things.

Have you been to school lately? Well, I know you haven’t—but it, as you say, grossly interferes with functioning. Your brain soon goes dead…you become a mindless vegetable, you don’t think for yourself after the teachers have gotten to you!

i can totally identify with this. today was supposed to be my make up hw day where i do all the work ive been putting off. instead it was sleep on the car ride home day

What’s this about fearing school. Once I became a Freshman in high school, I started DREADING school, now I’m in college and I don’t know.

eighth grade….HATE SCHOOL ! even if i have good teachers, i have a thing about sitting in a stupid yellow chair listening to adults talking about things that they really don’t care about, plus apparently im the resident therapist, as everyone comes to me with their problems everywhere, which can really get me depressed and-whoa. sorry, ranting. I’ll stop now. loved the ficlet.

Whiney much! well, I don’t know what’s buggin Artists Run Wild but I say school gets way better! elementary school was fun for a while but soon got… tedius! every year you learn a, b, c, 1 + 2 = 3, and the pilgrims and christopher columbus and every year the same idiots don’t get it! but high school! woohoo! football games, friends, pep rallies, dances, etc! I guess you were referring to the whole learning part but it’s really not that bad if you have friends (and if your teachers are easily ridiculed!)
