Why, oh why, did I have to say yes? He is probably just a fake, just like all the rest. I know I’ll get hurt eventually, but he’s so dang cute.
Joe asked me out at marching band practice today. It was really sweet. We’ve been really good friends scince band camp our freshman year. He came up to me and took my hand. He walked me to the water fountain and kissed me, asking if I’d be his girlfriend. Oviously, I said yes. Now, I regret it.
Eventually, he’ll hurt me. They all do. But maybe, just maybe, he’ll be different. Maybe, he’ll be the one to prove to me their not all like that. Well I’ll find out today, he’ll be here any minute now.
