Susan turned away from her mirror.
“How do I look?” she asked. I peered up at her.
“Here,” I said. I got up from my spot and went over to her dresser.
“I think this color fits you perfectly!” I picked up a stick of lipstick and smothered it all over her face. She yelped and jumped back. Then, I went back to reality. Came out of my thought and peered up at her.
“You look pretty,” I said. She smiled and looked down at her blue dress. She spun around and it flowed along.
“Thanks. Now, you better go. Ryan will be here soon,”.
On my way out I peered out the the window. Oh no. There he was. It was Ryan.
“Think fast!” I mumbled to myself. I slipped into Susan’s coat closet. I was going to wait until they left. Their was a knock on the front door and Susan came down the stairs in her dress. The door squeaked open.
“Hey, cutie!” he said. I felt tears in my eyes.
“Hey,” she said as she kissed him.
“Ready?” asked Susan. Ryan nodded.
“Hold on. Let me just get my coat,” said Susan. Oh no.
