Susan swung open the door and there I was standing there like an idiot. Her eyes widened.
“Hey, Ryan! Go wait in the car I’ll be there in a minute!” Ryan nodded and headed out the door. I came out of the closet.
“That was just so close!” said Susan.
“I know, sorry. I saw him on the way out.” Susan nodded.
“Okay you should go now.” I headed for the front door when Susan pulled be back.
“The back door, right?” I said. She pushed me off. That was way too close. I mead my way out the back door and watched as Susan’s father drove away with them in the car. This was only the beginning of it all.
