Packing

Twilah walked up the stairs and plugged her ipod in when she got to her room. She pulled the blinds up. The sun was starting to go down. She stood and observed her room. Twilah sighed. She couldn’t decide where to start. She hadn’t even unpacked from when she’d last moved. She started with clothes. She picked out an outfit for tomorrow and her PJs for tonight. She took every piece of clothing otherwise and folded it and stuffed it in a huge duffle bag. Then she did her personal things like her pictures, her trinkets, her make up, everything that was important to her.
It took up a whole other bag. She got a carry-on ready for tomorrow as well. She’d put her ipod, cell phone, journal, snacks, books, and camera in that.
After about two hours of packing, her room was almost empty besides the furniture.
Twilah went down to the kitchen and pulled out some cool ranch doritos. Then her dad came through the door.
“Hey Twi, Can you take your car to the Honda department, and then I’ll pick you up in my car?”He asked.
