Scrapbook

“Sure.” Twilah said. She got in her car and her dad followed her into his. She drove to the nearby Honda Used Car department and turned in her car. Then she got in her dad’s car, and they drove home.
It was dark when they arrived home.Twilah and her dad sat at the counter. It was silent and the depression of the fact that this was the last night with her dad pained her, as well as him.
“Twilah, I knew that you’d be leaving for about a month or so, and in that time I made you something.” He said quietly. She looked up at him curiously. He ran in the dining room and came back out with a beautiful book that had a picture of Twilah and her dad on the top.It was a scrapbook.
“It’s something to remember me by,”He said and handed it to her, “But don’t look at it yet.I want you to read it when you get on the plane.” Just the cover was beautiful.
“Dad, it’s amazing! You did this? When? How?”She asked.
“You’re creative side came from me.”He winked. The scrapbook was violet and said Twi & Dad on the front. She loved it.
