“Oh my God,” I quietly whispered. Further in the horizon were buildings, skyscrapers to be exact. “Parker is this what I think it is?”
“Hehe, I doubt it.” We continued walking as I thought of what he could possibly mean. I then froze at the sudden and violent thought that corroded my mind. What if this was a city of Sangsue, that will all easily dine on my before Parker can even blink. I froze in midstep. Parker walked a little farther before realizing I wasn’t next to him. “What’s wrong?”
“I’m not going any further until you tell me where the Hell you’re taking me.”
“C’mon Bree, like I’d let something happen to you.”
“You’re taking me to a city full of Sangsue aren’t you?”
Parker looked at me with a confused expression, “What are you talking about? I would never do that to you. Now let’s go.”
I couldn’t help it, but I continued following him.
Then we reached the city. And after walking in it for 2 minutes I was shocked into amazement.
