The Panda Paradox: Bananas and Couscous
Zooey glared around the aisle, “What is wrong with people?”
“He was kind of cute,” Fritz said looking from the guy to the inside of the cart, “More importantly though, what are we going to do with all this condensed milk, and furthermore…what is condensed milk?”
“I think people use it in pies or something…” Zooey shrugged it off, “My point is, it looks boss and I’m mostly buying it to spite that dreadlocked creep. We can stack them in little pyramids in the kitchen and pretend we know how to cook with revolting things like sugary milk.”
Fritz lifted his eyebrows, “Sounds logical,” he said. At the checkout line the cashier peered in their cart full of condensed milk cans, two bananas, and a few boxes of couscous. They noticed he held back a smirk as he rang everything up. Zooey glared at him.
“I just like pandas, okay…” she said.
