Ok, my 80s experience was a bit… different from the mainstream :)
Songs: The Clash, The Cure, Frankie, Creatures (a Siouxsie side band), Joy Division, The Cure again (Couldn’t resist using that one too Ana!) and finally Mr. Bowie.

I liked the more alternative stuff back in those days (well, still do. Yay for Fred on XM44 )

Oh, and I know Manic Street Preachers were a 90s band (we I didn’t until I just googled them just now – I’m not really a fan) but the band name fit for the title too well :) Couldn’t resist.

Oh! ‘Never let me down’ could have been Depeche too, I didn’t even think of that :) Mine was a Bowie song. I do lurve my Depeche though.
